Tropical Love

Last week I had one of theee best time of my life. I got to witness my sister wedding and not only that, I was her Maid of Honor. I have never been a part of a wedding entourage before so this one was really special to me. My sister’s wedding was definitely one for the books. It was small and intimate and very very personal, which I really loved. And the best part of it, the wedding was held in one of the beautiful places I’ve seen. Cancun. Cancun was a paradise. I’ve had the best time there. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, the weather was lovely, 24 hour room service aaaand the best part? UNLIMITED MOJITOS for me.

Anyways, for the theme, my sister chose just one color – white. She wanted all of us to wear white, which went perfectly with the color of the beach and the tropical vibes in Mexico. My sister also let us chose our own dress and have us girls wear flower crowns. For my dress, well not really a dress, I wore my floral jumpsuit that I got from a local boutique a long time ago. I had bought a dress from Show Me Your Mumu, unfortunately, the dress fit a little snag. I had plans to have it altered, however, there was not enough time. But no worries, after all, I feel like the jumpsuit I wore went perfectly with the other girls dress plus it’s fun to go a little different from the usual. My flower crown was from forever 21 as well as my sandals.
